XD doesn't start even after multiple restarts and re-installs of ol and new versions (even beta).

System Configuration: Windows 10. 64 bit, intel core i7, 2GB Graphics, 16 GB RAM.

Hi there,

 

We are sorry for the delay in response. We would request you to please try the below steps-

 

1. Uninstall XD.
2. Quit Creative Cloud Desktop app and kill all related processes from Task manager.
3. Delete temp files by going to run(Win+r) then %temp%
4. Delete Adobe XD CC folder from  C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
5. Restart  computer and install XD

same problem here. please fix this bug!

i cant oepn multiple either.

Can you see splash screen or blank window of xd? Any notes appears or not?

just cant open multiple, it dosent appear any notes at all.
