XD Error getting invited people.

Today I opened two different XD files and tried to invite people. First, I noticed the area to add people was greyed out. One file said coediting was enabled. The other said it was disabled. But the most perplexing thing was when I clicked away from the invite window I got this red error message that said "Collaborator Status, Error getting invited people." Seen screenshots.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

Sign out of XD and CC Desktop app.
Close CoreSync and all Adobe related services from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
Sign back in on the Adobe CC Desktop app and launch XD from there and then enable coediting and check if you are able to invite or not.

If it still doesn't work, please share a few more details like:

The version of XD.
Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
