XD error "This was created with a newer version of Adobe XD. Please update Adobe XD to open it." version- 33.1.12.4

    Sorry for the delay in response. Would you mind telling us if you are still experiencing the issue with XD 38.1 version? Please try signing out of XD, Creative Cloud, restart the machine, and then sign back in if you face the issue in the future.

    Although I have installed the latest version, I have tried to delete and reinstall, but it still cannot work
