XD error : You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again.

Question

I've had this for months and am just about fed up. I keep getting this error when I try and share and XD file. I hit "update link" and get this error.

You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again.

But I'm NOT disconnected. My internet speeds are blazing fast. I can work with my team on the XD file live. So everything is working. I just can't share the files. I can sometimes make it upload if I switch my internet connection to MY PHONE!?! Thats not right. I have to typically go to work or a local coffee shop to be able to make this work. PLEASE HELP.

I would download the desktop app and save locally to your computer versus using the online Cloud services. I always save my files to the desktop to prevent this happening.

And then send them the share link. I know it's work-around, but Adobe may not to any updates to XD at this point!
