XD exporting issue

Hello. Was wondering if anyone else on here is having an issue with "export selected" on a Mac. I have recently updated OS and have the most current version of XD but the app is not opening the export window when selecting "export selected."
 
Also, when in Photoshop, I am getting a similar problem from the save for web window. I can update my export settings but when I click on the button to export, nothing happens except for the hover/active state of that button initiating.
 
Is anyone else encountering this?

    To provide more clarity on the above I have tried:

    • uninstalling and reinstalling the apps
    • reseting my computer
    • renaming the usp file to ~USP as mentioned in another thread.
    • My machine is running Mac Monterey 12.0.1 (21A559)
    • Adobe XD Version: 45.0.62.17 x64, Creative Cloud Sync 4.21.1.1
