XD file conversion if discontinued

Hi! I have so many files in XD for both work and personal. If Adobe XD is being discontinued, will there be an easier file conversion process to the new preferred web design app if not XD? I am worried about loosing my years of work. To my knowledge, there is not a file adapter between Figma and Xd. Will there be update to those systems to better communicate with one another? Or is there a way of doing this now that i don't know of?

    Neither Adobe nor Figma can speak about this due to the M&A restrictions.  At best we can do is wait.

     

    Personally, I have been export the artboards to PNGs, and the base assets into a folder.

    Thank you for the response, yes I know exporting pngs is a capability. However, ideally I would like my files still be working not still images. Hoping this is being taken into consideration as they work through things.
