XD file disappered from Cloud

Hi Everyone,

I need help to recover my xd cloud documents. I just updated the xd and when I log in and want to edit my cloud file that shown in my recent it said I didn't have the access to edit the file (which I am the person who create the file in the first place) then when I click the X button, recent files - that saved in cloud - disappeared.

 

I still have the access to the file using the share link. But, I didn't have the files in my cloud.

As I checked my cloud document in Adobe Cloud Website, all my files are gone.
I have checked all the links that has been said in the community forum but none of them work. 

Please I really need your help to get my files back.

    I'm sorry you're having trouble recovering your Adobe XD cloud documents. Please try the suggestions shared by @Myra Ferguson. If you still need assistance, please share a few more details:

     

    1. Has there been any change in the subscription?
    2. Have you changed your Adobe ID?
    3. Do you have an individual subscription or an enterprise subscription?

     

    These details will help us identify the cause of the issue and troubleshoot accordingly.

    I have an enterprise login I think so, first I used trail version for 3 weeks and after changing into subscription login. My files are missing in cloud.

    But the mail Id is the same for user name.

    Any solution for this, My current project works it is. need it urgentily.

    Try signing out of Adobe XD and signing back in.Also, if you're not signed into the Creative Cloud app, sign in there too. If you are signed into the Creative Cloud app, try signing out and back in again.

    No it not working, I didnot able to find my files.
