Would you mind check for pending updates for Windows, Creative Cloud desktop app, and XD? In addition to this, please update the display drivers as mentioned in step 3 as well as other troubleshooting steps from the help article.
If the problem persists, please enable the crash dump on your machine by following steps from here- https://helpx.adobe.com/in/xd/kb/how-to-collect-crash-logs.html. Collect the crash dump and share it via PM after uploading it to CC or Dropbox. We would be happy to take if further.
