XD freezes every time i switch tab

Hi,
I'm trying to use Adobe XD (free version) in order to evaluate a successive purchase. The first impression unfortunately is not good. Every times I try to switch from design tab to prototype one it freezes all (OS too). The only way to recover the work is to close the laptop and reopen it. I assure you that close and open the laptop 50 times a hour is not the best way to work.

I hope someone will help me.

Sorry to hear this is happening! This isn’t normal, and it’s likely an issue with your OS and drivers not matching. Can you check to see if your graphics card drivers are up to date? Windows installs pretty generic ones, so the best drivers will be from your graphics card manufacturer’s website (Nvidia, Intel, etc.)
