XD : How to export all assets in a project at once

Hello all,

is there a way to export all assets at once?

It's totally unproductive to export all assets from a large project one at a time.

I can't see the XD added value here: I create a large prototype and then... what? Do I need to spend lots of (other) time exporting all assets for the Devs?

But perhaps it's me and I'm missing somehing.

Tony

You need to mark your assets as available to be Batch Exported.

Go to each artboard, then select all the items that you want to export. Then right click, in the contextual menu there should be an option to Mark for Batch Export. You can also do this on the Artboard itself, but it will export the artboard as a single element.

With your items marked for Batch Export, File > Export > Batch… will be available.

In addition, once they have been marked, when you publish a Design spec, they become available through that system as well.

open adobe xd file with Winrar (simply drag and drop .xd file into it) then go to "resources" folder there is all assets without extention. to see them first extract them and then add extention to them,in most cases .jpg works.

Hi Chris,

thanks for your reply.

You solved my problem.

Just to make things clear to other: to add an asset to batch export you have to open the layer panel and right click the assets there (or click the related icon directly aside the asset).
