Today, when I was at my work. When I opened the XD this pops up the window saying "Please close and relaunch XD, then try opening the document again. (error 5719)." I unistalled and then reinstalled the XD. But the issue is still existing. My project's work stoped today. Kindly, guide me to solve this.

Hi there,

We would request you to please try the below steps that helped few customers in past:

1. Uninstall XD.
2. Quit Creative Cloud Desktop app and kill all related processes from Task Manager.
3. Delete temp files by going to run(Win+r) then %temp%
4. Delete the Adobe XD CC folder from  C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe.

5. Repair the Creative Cloud Desktop app and restart the machine.

6. Then Install XD again.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Madhumati

Thanks a lot.

My XD's issue has been resolved. I did restart my PC and then after updating CC, the issue has been resolved. And its working fine. I hope in future i will not be irritated by such issues.

I'm using Windows 10 Home Edition so "Type gpedit.msc and press Enter" step could not completed. The snap is attached that you can see. Then how I will be able to solve my issue? My work is being delayed.
