XD is disconnecting me from my internet

I've seen a previous thread about this but no recent updates.

I'm on a Macbook Pro running Monterey with a hard wired connection via a VVB dongle.

Everytime I open XD, it disconnects the hard wired connection. It's driving me crazy.

Doesn't have with any other programmes. Please help!

Thank you for reaching out. I think I have seen this one before. Can you try to use Wi-Fi and check if that works?

Wifi works but in the office block we don't have great wifi so I have to used a wired connection.

I also need to use XD everyday so this is really impacting me.

Any update?
