XD is not installing

Hi guys,

My XD is installed on my computer (windows) , I can open it and work with it, but I cannot update it, so I cannot work with files that were made with newer versions. 

When I try to make an update this is how my creative cloud looks like. It says that XD is not installed at all and I cannot install it.

When I search the Adobe file on my computer I cannot find the XD software.

    We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please uninstall XD and then re-install and let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.
