After designing  a prototype website through adobe xd and shall we directly publish it as a static web page ?  Or it just a layout software only ? is i need HTML codes to build up the static 5 page website or  only adobe xd enough?  please guide me

XD is design software, not coding. You can use the "Share for Development" feature to give the developer the specs they need to turn the design into code.
