XD is will be discontinued

I,ve paid for XD and my documents all are in the cloud but you guys don't even let me to open the XD

I uninstalled and tried it Why you guys are having cloud if you guys don't give a proper update.

my work is pending and I don't even have a tool to convert XD to figma.

either make the software stable or give a tool to convert xd to figma.

we don't need XD

Hi jaspersamuel,

we are sorry that you are experiencing problems with Adobe XD. We will do our best to help you. When you open Adobe XD do you get any errors back? Have you tried uninstalling the software via the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool?

Same issue here, I can't open XD.
