XD issue - locked

Hi all,
I have a serious issue as I can't open up any of my files or create new ones. 
I have re-installed and updated the app and it still shows me this window which I can't quit as the red button is not showing and the artboard is not available as shown below. I can't go into prototype or share either. Has anyone ever experienced this?

    Hi @SU241101895wvf, interesting, whenever I experience a similar issue (haven't experienced this exact same issue though) An app (this doesn't have to be only XD, can happen even on operating system specific windows/apps etc) it's usually because of a window/dialogue/popup etc that's being opened, asking a prompt etc to be completed, at somewhere (on the external screen, under some window etc somehow )🙂 but since you're saying you uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it should be because of something else. If you haven't tried, I'd create another/test Adobe account to see if it's an account specific issue, that's the only thing that I can think of right now.
