Xd just doesn't open some file with no error massage

some of my file include online and offline files don't open and stuck in loading like for ever!

I reinstalled xd and creative cloud , rename my files but noting seems work

Hi, have you also tried using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall the software?
