XD Language should respect CC settings

It's ridiculous that XD only copies the windows default language and not your CC language settings or have its own individual settings.

I'm a native English speaker living in Korea, who has used Adobe products for ages in English. I have Korean as my default to make it so I can easily switch my keyboard from Hangeul to English characters and back. With English set as the default switching to hangeul takes additional steps, so Korean is the default.

And it seems this has been brought up a lot, along with many other simple issues regarding XD (like pinned UI items) so it seems, at this point, that Adobe has just given up on XD...

    That works but fundamentally ignores the problem. To do that adds steps every time I need to type in Korean, just to have XD show in English.

    It technically fixes the immediate problem ofoXD in Korean by circumventing the terrible design decision at the expense of the experience elsewhere on the system.

    I certainly value being able to type hangeul at a button press over having to switch IMEs and character sets every time.

    This isn't so much a direct question so much as an active complaint of the irrational decision to even have the app language be tied to the OS primary language when CC has it's own language options.

    same problem here, very annoying. all cc-applications work in english, only XD keeps the system language (german) on windows 10... any solution yet?

    Just for completeness sake: I spot the same problem... ALL my CC-applications work in english, but XD...

    The proposed workflow is ridiculous, because it changes my system's language - although the CC-language is set to english.

    Tried the solution that mentioned above link on mac, but not working.

    Condition

    - macOS High Sierra, 10.13.4

    - System Language : Korean (Priority), English (Secondary)

    Here's what I did.

    1. (Korean) Uninstalled Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and all other Adobe Apps via. Creative Cloud.

    2. Changed OS language Setting and rebooted mac : Korean --> English

    3. Reinstall all above including XD

    4. Confirmed XD is running with English UI

    5. Changed OS language Setting : English -> Korean

    6. Rebooted

    7. Ran XD, but UI also changed in Korean.

    Dev team seriously should fix this problem. XD is no more beta.

    Many Korean user prefer to use adobe's solution in English(International), because many tutorials and tips are English on web.
