XD Library issues

I've been having this issue for week's now but I can't access my own library that I created. I have edit and view access, but trying to open the library tells me I don't have access to the file. And now within the past week the 'edit main component' prompt is greyed out when I right-click the component. I used to be able to easily open the library file and edit components and create new components, but now I no longer have access somehow. 

Yes, I've tried signing in and then out again and restarting my machine. 

In the past I was also able to send edit access to other people who could access the file and still was not able to access it myself. 

I've now created several iterations of the library under my company and my XD account in an attempt to find some fix, and still nothing.

Please help.
