XD link removed from file

Question

Does the XD link gets removed from the file if I dont use a premium account? I created a link in my file and after a few months now I cannot find the link in there. I didnt delete or save as the file or even move it anywhere. It's with the same account. I went to manage links to find but I cant find it there as well. It's not even in the deleted tab.

Please help.

Hi Shweta,

Sorry for the delay in response. The link shouldn't be removed on either of the account types, so could you please share a few more details like:

The version of XD and the Operating System.
Please DM me your Adobe ID which you are using for XD.
Do you have access to the file? Are you getting an option to create a new link?
