XD Missing From Installed Apps - Spoiler Alert - It Is Installed
I'm encountering issues while attempting to install plugins into my Adobe XD application. Although the plugins are visible, I receive a notification stating they are incompatible. Additionally, Adobe XD is absent from the "Installed Apps" section in my Creative Cloud desktop app, despite having an active subscription for Adobe XD and confirming its installation on my computer.
This problem has been ongoing for several weeks, and despite efforts to resolve it through my IT department, it persists. What steps can I take to resolve this issue effectively?
