XD mobile CC file issues

I saved a mobile prototype file in my creative cloud folder. When i click on it in the mobile app to open it, it just says "something went wrong". What's the problem here?

Hi Ze,

Sorry that you are unable to preview the prototype on your mobile device that you have uploaded on Creative Cloud. Is any other file that you can upload and test on your mobile device? I would also request you to try a different device if possible.

In order to take it further, I would also like to know which OS version, OS build, and version of Adobe XD are you using?
