XD not laughing after update - I can't acesso shared library

I don't know how to say this in a gentle way but.... I hate Adobe XD.

I love every Adobe App but not XD.

Okay, let's start: After updated my app to the newest version (In reality, after every new update, XD become harder to lauch), XD is not launching. It aways crash in the splash screen.

I tried every step listed in this forum (like I said early, this is not a new bug) but nothing happen and I lost a work day.

Plus. After updating an older version, I can't acess any shared library.

So... I don't know what I do, everyone is demanding wireframes and prototypes, but I can't do my job.
