XD not responding

I've tried both the latest version as well as 11.0.22.10 and they both go straight to 'Not Responding'.

All my other Adobe apps work perfectly and this was uninstalled and reinstalled.

I am running Mac OS 10.13.4

    Hi Alchemedia Pub, sorry for the delay in response, I would like to know if you have tried to update to the latest version Adobe XD 13?

    seriously this is a big problem, I need to finish my design but the program is un usable. Does anyone have any ideas?
