XD not responding in the middle of work

I cant change text while working in xd after some time, I need to restart the app and continue, how to sort out this issue.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. If this happens again, please try toggling from XD using  Command + Tab or Alt + Tab and let us know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.
