Xd preview isn’t working ?

All of a sudden my xd preview stopped working every time I press the button it doesn't respond however if I save it on cloud and view it through my phone I can preview it so I have no idea why the preview on my laptop stopped responding. Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please confirm if this is happening with a specific file or multiple files? If it's happening with multiple files, please try re-installing XD and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.
