XD prototype link blanks out after about 15 seconds

Question

I created a development prototype link for my team to reference, and when they try to preview on the browser, the link goes blank after 15secs. I'm able to preview it fine, along with some others, but a few seem to be having the same issue.

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble and for the delay in response. Could you please confirm if it is happening with the latest version of XD which is 35.1? If yes, is it happening with a specific file or multiple files? Will it be possible for you to share a sample file with us?
