XD repeatedly disconnecting from the cloud

When logging into a shared document on the cloud to edit it, a 'connecting...' modal shows for a few seconds then XD flickers while it attempts to connect to the cloud.

 

I've gone through all fixes I can find in the forum to no avail, so I ran the Log Collector tool and uploaded this file: AdobeLogs_20211019_045041_422-win.zip

 

I'm unable to do any collaborative editing with my team due to this issue, so XD is dead in the water for me until this is rectified.

    Hi Elia,

     

    We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of XD & OS.
    2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
    3. Are you on an Enterprise network or a private network?
    4. Does switching to a different network solves the issue?

     

    We're here to help, just need more information.

    1. Windows ver 10.0.1043 Build 19043 | XD ver 44.1.12.5, Creative Cloud Sync 4.21.1.1

    2. With one specific file, and I am not the owner of it

    3. Private network

    4. Unfortunately not
