XD screen getting freeze

Hi Team, For Me and My entire team of 35 are facing this issue, our screens are getting freeze not able to move anything on the screen, is there any solution for this issue. Thanks,Kishore. M

Can you please let me know what exactly is happening and if any specific steps are causing the issue (Video would be great) ?

Meanwhile, please share your system logs and our engineering team will look into this ASAP.
