XD Share Link Not Working - Just Shows a Line

Hi Everyone,

I've created a share link in XD, but when viewing the link I'm just shown a blank screen with a gray line. I have the home page set correctly. Can not figure this out! Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance!

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of XD and the Operating System.
    2. Have you tested this on a different browser? If not, please check and see if there is any difference.
    3. Please share a screenshot of the prototype window.
    4. Will it be possible for you to share the link with us? If yes, you can share here or through DM by clicking on my name.

    Hello,

     

    I have the same problem, I'm on

     

    - adobe XD 35.1.12.5

    - Mac OS 10.15.7

    - Creative cloud sync 4.3.63.1

    - safari, chrome, firefox (latest versions)

    Hi,

     

    Found what caused this, if you click on your artboard there's a section "scrolling" (see screenhot).

    For some reason the height sometimes is automatically set to 1 (haven't found why).

    In other words, the design is ok, but the viewport height is set to 1.
