XD Shared Links are giving an error message as if not shared.

Question

Recently, a co-worker has been unable to access any links shared with him from anyone. He can still access links that were shared with him prior to some point, but now if we remove and re-share those same pages from the exact same link, he will lose access. Others seem to still have access to these links both new and old, and it is just a specific person who can't. This is the message he is getting.

"You can't request access to this link contact your administrator"

What is causing this and how can we fix it?

Thank you for reaching out. Please ask your colleague to sign out, and once your colleague signs in, there will be two options Personal & Organization account. Please ensure that the correct account is selected. If you have a business account, it will be an organization account.
