XD signs me out me at complete random

Hi, another issue I have is that XD decides to sign me out at completely random moments, I don't know how or why. Just suddenly in the middle of the work I get notification that I've been signed out and that I need to sign in again. It happens several times a day (!) and it's  really annoying and exausting sometimes 😕😕

 

Can you please fix this... ? I'm using Win 10 (OS build 18363.1198)

    I'm having the same issue.

    I can't reproduce it, but it seems it happens more often when I'm using adobe acrobat reader continuously.

     

    XD version: 34.4.12
    Test device specifications:
    YOGA 730-15IWL

    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) Î7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.00 GHz
    Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
    System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
    Gpu: Geforce GTX 1050 / Driver v: 457.30
    Pen and touch: Pen and touch support with 10 touchpoints

    Windows specifications
    Edition: Windows 10 Home
    Version: 1909
    OS build: 18363.1198

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble with XD. Would you mind sharing the OS and XD version of your machine? Have you tried signing out of XD, Creative Cloud desktop app, restart the machine and then sign back in?
