XD - "Sorry, we can't open this document."

I am running Adobe XD (latest version for Mac) on my iMac and Laptop.   Today, I went to open a file that I haven't opened in a few months.  I immediate get the error "Sorry, we can't open this document."   This document is resident in the Adobe Cloud.  

 

I am stuck.  What do I do to recover from this?

    have you tried disconnecting and logging back into your Adobe account?
