XD Start up issues - Stuck in splash screen

Hello,

Since a couple of months my XD wont start up anymore. It keeps getting stuck in the splash screen. 

I tried everything. My Windows 10 and XD are both up to date. 

The only thing that seems to help is to delete XD and reinstall it. But this is extremly frustrating because I have to reinstall all the plugin and it takes up a lot of time. After I reinstal XD it works for a couple of days but after five days or so it gets stuck in the splash screen again. 

This problem is really frustrating because the time it takes to fix it over and over again is time I cant put in client projects. 

I hope someone can help me.
