XD stop working while using blend mode

Hello team,

I am experiencing an error while working with the "Blend Mode", XD stops working as soon as I click on "Blend Mode". It kind of gets hang.

Kindly suggest a solution for the same.

Please find the attached image for the reference.

Hi there,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. In addition to the information asked by Italosan, if XD is updated to the latest version which is 43.0, please share following details as well:

System logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
Pleas create a spin dump file by following the steps shared below:

Launch Task Manager
Select the Adobe XD process
Right click on the Adobe XD process
Select “Create dump file”
This will generate a binary file

Please add both the file to a shared location and share the link through DM by clicking on name.

Hi, what version of Adobe XD are you using? Does this problem occur on all files or only on a specific file?

I am using XD 43.0.12. I am facing this problem in all files from past 15days
