XD stopped working!

Hi! I have the Enterprise Creative Cloud License. My XD frequently crashes or doesn't work at all on my company laptop, but works perfectly fine when I log in with the same ID on my personal laptop.

 

I have tried all combinations for network and proxy, but the issue persists. Please help!

Hi kglad, thanks for your response. I did connect with our IT Admin, we tried reinstalling and trying different proxy settings, it's still the same.

 

Also, all the adobe apps work fine, I'm facing this issue only with XD!

your admin should to ask for support, if they don't know how to troubleshoot the issue.
