XD syncing problem

Hi community,

 

Last night, I realized I couldn't open my cloud document - it was stuck in syncing forever. This morning, I tried logging out of CC, restarting XD, restarting the computer, and asking my collaborator to reinvite me to the project... I still can't open it. 

 

It would be good if someone from Adobe can help me with this problem. Thanks!

    We apologize for the delay in response. Could you please update XD to 39 version and let us know if you're still experiencing issues? There were sync issues in the past which might have affected the services.

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

     

    1. A screenshot of the About XD info page and the version of the operating system.
    2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
    3. Have you checked with other collaborators if they are able to open the file or not?

    Here's the screenshot: 

     

    The problem is only specific to this file. My collaborator can open the file.
