Xd unresponsive after opening a new project or an existing one (PC)

The whole app becomes unresponsive after a minute from opening any project or creating a new one. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't help. I disabled plugins but its the same!

I need to work on my project! please help!

    I'm having this issue too. It looks like XD has problem opening cloud storage documents after last update.

    I am also having this exact same issue and after a recent update today. The fonts within the application is totally messed up.
