XD : Using asset library without Creative Cloud

Can this be done?

I do not want to connect to the cloud for an asset library or store my docs.

I want to work only locally ...with component assets ...local library.

Do I create a Style Guide doc with all the assets and pull that page into each new project?

Has anyone done this?

For security reasons I do not want to be open to the Creative Cloud I want all my docs and data local and offline.
