XD version compatibility problem between mac and pc

Why can't I open an XD file that my colleague sends me?

We work in the same company but not with the same operating system. It works on window and the last version of XD 37.1.32.2 and I on OSX with the last version of XD 36.2.32.

You no longer ensure the compatibility of the files created between the two versions of XD: Windos OSX ???

WTF?

You should be able to install 37.1.32 (or both you and your colleague can install the latest 38.0.12)
