@SandeepMattapalli yes, Xd is still working, and it is working for many of us. Adobe will continue to provide bug fixes and security updates—No new features will be added! 

That is up to you if you want to make the switch to Figma. As I tell my students, there are still companues and businesses who still use Xd, and some use FIgma. Know them well, because then you can apply for those Xd positions, while if the Figma designer doesn't know Xd, you have a better chance of getting a job.

If Xd is stuck, I would uninstall it completely, and re-install it again. Before you do that, just make sure you quit any Adobe application for good measure. Superstitious!

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
