XD Windows Can't Select Just One Layer

I am trying to select and move just one layer.

 

I have tried the ctrl function but every time i go to move the layer it selects the one above.

 

Any help?

    Hi there,

     

    This is quite strange issue. I am unable to reproduce the issue at my end on windows machine on XD 33 version. Would you mind trying quit XD, sign out of XD and Creative Cloud, restart the machine and then sign back in and see if that helps? If no, please share the video, XD and OS version of your machine.
