XD启动不了，停留在启动界面几分钟自动退出....

我是XD的忠实用户，每一次更新让我感到很头痛，保存很慢，在工作中突然闪退，我是中国大陆用户，我很依赖你们的云服务，所以我会用上VPN，前久云文档可以打开，这下半月来，很多时候我只能对着电脑发呆，看着云文档，就是打不开，心里十分憋屈。
