Everything was working well and suddenly this issue started accruing and now I cannot use XD. Can anyone guide me on how to overcome the issue?

We are sorry for the trouble in using XD. Would you mind trying the below steps and let us know if that helps?

 

  • Please restart XD/Quit XD.
  • Please check if the Creative Cloud desktop is up to date.
  • End all the Creative Cloud processes from the Task manager/Activity monitor.
  • Sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop, restart the computer and sign back in.

 

If that doesn't help, please share the version of XD and the details of your operating system.
