Zoom In on Mac is way smoother and precise than Windows

On Mac, holding Command and scrolling will zoom in very smoothly and to any size you want. On Windows, it zooms by around 10% with each scroll which is not very helpful. And I don't like using the Zoom tool because you have to draw the box. If it were like Photoshop's or Illustrator's scrubby zoom, that would be perfect.

Is there a way to make zooming on Windows like on Mac? I use a Windows PC at home, and a Mac at work.

    But that was from almost 5 years ago, so I don't think Adobe is taking that one seriously...
