Question

Zoom shortcut changed in recent updates (Mac)

I am very confused as to why the simple zoom in shortcut [command +] has now been changed to [command shift ; ] while zoom out is still [command -] and my other Adobe apps have not made this change. I use these shortcuts constantly and this change with no way to edit shortcuts in Adobe XD has frustrated me beyond belief. I switched back to Illustrator. Is there a fix I'm not seeing to make XD shortcuts logical?

It's strange my XD at work is fine, the problem only exists on my home computer.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no effect.  I was on a chat with Adobe yesterday and they said to try resetting preferences for XD.  I haven't had the chance to test that out yet.  Hopefully tomorrow.

I just noticed this change too.  Super annoying.

This doesn't sound like an intentional alteration. I'm on a Windows system and Ctrl + still does the zoom in, no need for a shift key to be added. There are currently no preference options for us to check or uncheck things. This does sound like an error either on your system or in the Mac update though.
