文字自带边框问题

比如我输入了一行文字，文字高度设为20px。实际的一列文字 区域是高度27px,上边框5px,下边框3px,中间文字区域19px,然后如果文字越大，上边框和下边框也会变化，希望能解决问题，因为再设计过程中会用来测距离，这样的话，就没法用了

As per the description, it looks like you wish to change the padding of the text.
