25-second black screen while mobile app loading

I've built a mobile game in Flash CC 2015, Air 17.0 for Android.  I've been deploying it to an Android Razr M, Android version 4.4.2 for debugging.  In Debug mode it pops right up on the phone's screen, runs just fine.  However, when when I do a standard launch, i.e. click the app icon, I consistently get a black blank screen for 25 seconds before the game kicks in.  Thinking it might related to files being loaded, I made a test app with just a single-color bitmap.  Same problem; a 25-second delay.

Can anyone give me a hand on this?  I've tried using a splash screen, which works just fine... after 25 seconds.  Is there any solution for this, or could it be a hardware issue?  Many thanks.

Chat to my skype tharabbitflash I will try to solve your issue faster than via Forum. If it can be solved - we post here solution for other ppl

Anton provided the solution to this 25-second delay problem, and fortunately it was a simple solution.  I have been deploying the app to my mobile in Debug mode, which, as Anton pointed out, slows everything down considerably.  When I deployed it as a Device Release, the time delay disappeared, and the app launches immediately.  Thank you, Anton!

1) Your mobile use Intel x86 CPU or ARM?

2) Unpack your APK as zip file and go to assets. Let me know *.swf filesize

Thanks for responding, Anton.  The mobile uses x86 CPU.  The .swf file size is 974 KB.

Do you compile your App for x86 or use ARM by default? Adobe AIR can be compiled to x86 platform that provide better performance on x86 CPU's. And I think you try to load ARM in x86 so this 25 seconds timeframe appeared. Also try to update Adobe AIR version to beta from labs.adobe.com (19.x current)
