A good low end Android phone for testing?

Hi,

I am looking for a good low end Android phone (either new or on second market) that (barely) supports AIR 3.0, for testing purposes. Any suggestions?

Does it have to be a phone, and are you in a hurry? The new Amazon devices are intriguing, they have a spec that should work with AIR 3, and yet are fairly cheap.

Thanks, what I am looking for is a "worst case scenario"-device that I can test the performance of my games. So if the game runs okay on that device I know it will work on as many devices as possible. Maybe there are worse phones than the Amazon device that still runs Air?

But it doesn't have to be a phone, maybe there is an Android device simular to the iPod 3rd gen on the iOS side?
