AAPT Seems Broken on AIR 15.0.0.356 For Mac

Doing Android builds on Macs fails with the following error: aapt tool failed:ERROR: Unknown option '--extra-packages'. I copied aapt from build tools version 19 and it seems to have fixed the issue.
